Office space is available in this high visibility and convenient central location in Mt. Pearl. The offices are clean, bright, with hard wood floors, individual control for a mini-split cooling/heating system, solid wood core doors and have sound reducing material in the walls and ceilings.

The rent includes internet, heat/electrical, common area cleaning and snow clearing. A washer and dryer are available. There are no extra hidden costs. Offices range in price from $400 - $650 depending on the office size. We have a wonderful group friendly people in the office with lots of positive energy! The office suite currently has a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, 3 Registered Massage Therapists and 2 Counsellors.

There is a staff room / board room with a kitchenette (kettle, fridge, microwave, coffee machine), and staff washroom with a shower. There is also a public washroom, a reception area and a waiting area.

Offices can be furnished or unfurnished (including desk, chair, shelf, treatment table and accessories as needed). We are on the corner of Centennial St & Bannister St (across from the side of city hall). There is ample parking in the area.
